      Hal Elrod had become the top salesman of his company at the age of 20, everything was good, right. Hal explained all the things to him, and asked him for some suggestions to improve the situation in these situations. On this, his friend told Hal that you need to make some changes in your life, not any business advice. He said that you should wake up in the morning and do the exercise first, then one should read a book on self-improvement. A mentor of Hal also told him that making a good habit in the morning by doing good things is an effective thing here. So Hal thought that he would not only study exercises and motivational things, but would also search for all the things that every successful person would do to improve himself. After much research, he started the practice of doing something himself. These 6 figures were just a few simple but much more effective. What are those 6 habits?

Hal Elrod abbreviates these habits as SAVERS. SAVERS mean Silence, Affirmation, Visualization, Exercise, Reading and Scribing.


  1.    Silence comes first and most people have a habit that they wake up in the morning and look at their mobile phones. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or check the mailbox. But Hal says that after getting up in the morning, wasting your time in fizzy things, keep all the thoughts, worries aside and keep calm. If possible, do meditation, otherwise just keep calm. No thoughts, no questions, just keep calm. This calms your mind, reduces the spasticity of your mind, increases the ideological boundaries. Assessment capacity increases, concentration also increases. Our mind works better just by remaining calm and it is a good habit to start a better day.
  2.    Second comes Affirmation is better that after silence you start speaking positively. As if my day will go well, or the decisions I made for today will be complete. All the balls I have, I will complete them as soon as possible. Speak as much positive as you can. Speak frequently so that these things can sit in your subconscious mind. And your brain should also help you achieve your goals.
  3.    Visualization comes in the third place. Now imagine that you have obtained all the goals that you had done. You have achieved what you thought minutes ago. Imagine how happy you are after receiving all the pills. If you got so much pleasure just by thinking, then if you get all these things in the truth then you will get so much pleasure. Your curiosity will increase even more, a new energy will be created. For this reason tame visualization is quite important.
  4.    The fourth habit is Exercise. This is a fairly good habit. Because the more healthy your body is, the more your mind will be healthy.
